With Valentine’s Day coming up, restaurant choice is a huge decision! Many students are making reservations for the big day and aren’t exactly sure where to go. There are a lot of restaurants, but sometimes they’re easily forgotten.

Lots of people have opinions on great places to eat. So why not share these ideas with everyone?

Senior Keelan Quick has some ideas for possible places that she would like to be taken to for Valentine’s Day.

“I think a good restaurant for Valentine’s day would be Coopers Hawk or Piccolo Buco. Personally, I think they are nice spots and would love to go.” Quick said.

Romantic, more upscale places seem to be the trend for valentines day. Some people had mentioned that while these types of places are nice, there are many cheaper options that are still romantic.

Dean’s assistant Bill Dabovich mentioned some good spots, including some cheaper options, but still fancy!

“I would recommend Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Naperville, but if you’re looking for a cheaper option, I would recommend Rosebuds,” Dabovich said.

Some people also mentioned that they are not actually going to dinner on Valentine’s Day, they’re either gonna go the day after the day before or some people are even going out to breakfast or lunch. That way, it ensures that you go to the place that you’d like to go and not settle because a restaurant is already booked.

These are just a couple of the amazing restaurants around us that you can go to. Again, whether it’s on Valentine’s Day or the day before, as long as you’re still celebrating Valentine’s Day, there’s no wrong way to do it!
